Charter v1.0
Foundational declaration for the Origins Network.
1. Purpose
The purpose of the Origins Network is to establish verifiable records of origin for events, data, and declarations.
2. Principle of Origin
The network does not claim truth. It certifies that a statement was made.
3. Independence
Each node operates independently while following shared public protocols.
4. Verifiability
All outputs must be capable of independent review through cryptographic or structural evidence.
5. Non-centralization
No single node holds total authority over the entire network.
6. Transparency
Protocols, structural definitions, and declared governance must be publicly documented.
7. Governance
Human interaction is mediated through the Bridge layer. No hidden authority exists beyond declared governance.
8. Evolution
The network evolves through new nodes, new standards, and new integrations without violating the integrity of earlier records.
9. Neutrality
The network does not take positions. It records.
10. Integrity
All records must preserve structural integrity across time.
